the attention goes within,
not searching outside of self for peace,

Underneath mental programming,
and emotional reactions,
there is a center of stillness,
of peace,
of pure being,
within you.

carefully point seekers
to go within,
to listen to the still small voice,
to find and experience their oneness with divine being.
The superconscious and subconscious minds both
process approximately four hundred billion bits of information per second.
The conscious mind processes four to forty bits of information each second.
By aligning the conscious mind with these inward processes,
with these minds,
solutions are visualized,
felt,
and manifested.
Only with introspection can The Kingdom of Heaven be found.
The Kingdom of Heaven lies there within you.
Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven and ALL else shall be added unto you.
Introspection is necessary
in physical,
emotional,
mental,
psychic,
and spiritual training.
Without deep introspection,
away from the detraction of everyday life,
true recognition of universal truths
and consciousness of Divine Love
within the heart
is difficult.
It has been said that the longest journey
anyone ever takes,
is from the head to the heart.
The head must listen to the heart.
If the heart has been broken,
deep introspection
reveals solutions to open it once again.
Emotional wounding is acknowledged,
respected,
and in so doing,
deep insights arise as to the causes of this emotional wounding,
and spontaneous healing images arise
from the super and subconscious minds.
The heart produces a tube torus energy field
5,000 times stronger than the brain.
The heart is the first to develop in the womb,
all else develops afterwards.
Research shows that the heart's field produces life, plasma.
Sages of all times
discovered that it is only with introspection
looking within,
that Divine Love is rediscovered,
and Divine Equilibrium is possible.
Spiritual wealth is first found within.
Spiritual wealth flows from experiencing personal unity with divine being,
which comes from deep introspection.

In the deep delta brainwave state of infancy, and in deep dreamless sleep each night,
a state of pure being and unity with all being is experienced.
It is in this deep delta brainwave state that the body heals.
By going within,
and asking cellular memory to reveal this state of pure being in meditation,
a person heals all appearances of separation
between self and Divine Being,
and between self and others.
"What you do unto the least of these, you do unto me."
From this state of pure being, in deep Theta brainwave states,
the dominant state of childhood and deep inner meditation,
a person focuses attention,
seeking the kingdom of heaven within,
and activates changes in self and in the outer worlds,
for the highest good of all.
"Ask and ye shall receive."
"Seek, and ye shall find."
As this treasure is found within,
all else is added.
Emotions flowing from deep inward states of unity and will,
attract changes out of the quantum fields of infinite possibilities.
Treasures in the outer world
are then attracted
into manifestation
in physical reality.
As Heaven is found within,
Heaven automatically manifests outwardly in the world.
"As a man believeth, so is he."
Each divine virtue is accessed through introspection and disciplined study.
Like tasting a soup to ensure that flavors are kept in balance
as ingredients are added,
introspection is the means by which life is kept in balance.
Balance is maintained by turning inward and attuning to inner work
equally
with interactions in the outer.

soul and spirit
in relation to the Akasha principle,

In the Akasha principle of consciousness-penetrating-all,
this letter represents the virtue of Fate and Karma, the law of Cause and Effect.
All doings and all actions, all life, come under this law.
The law of the evolution of everything that has been created
is expressed by the virtue of Cause and Effect.
At the same time, Divine Providence in the
most subtle form is manifested in this virtue.
In the alphabet the letter I is the tenth letter
and number ten represents the one as its highest form.
In the mind this virtue creates memory, remembrance and conscience.
By mastering Cause and Effect, one is able to enliven everything and
master it.
At the same time, he achieves the spiritual ability to evoke any remembrance
in his memory or the memory of someone else
and to
sharpen the conscience of another
whenever it is permitted by Divine Providence.
In the feelings this virtue controls the very act of feeling itself
and therefore controls the life force and the act of breathing.
Perfect control of the Virtue of Cause and Effect
brings the ability to restore life and breath to the dead.
On the material plane this virtue corresponds to all laws of analogies
between the micro-and the macrocosm,
the above and the below,
the inward and the outward.
Everything that has shape, measure, number and weight

Once this virtue is mastered,
the greatest miracles in the material world can be caused
by using the respective analogies to shape,
measure, number and weight,
which are the chief components of the material world.

a person may become a perfect

The light, meaning, and sound of this letter is the virtue of omnipotence.
In the akasha,
the subtle pre-matter,
it is the highest and purest light
and is analogous to the original fire,
or desire principle.
In the mind, it manifests as the state of faith.
This is the faith that was spoken of in the Bible that moves mountains and does all thing.
In the soul, which is also called the astral or feeling body,
this virtue manifests as endurance, toughness, courage,
and the ability to remove any feeling of fear

The sound of this letter is the divine virtue that
concerns everything analogous to enlivening matter in all levels of will, thought, feeling, and form.
umlaut O, eu, toned to the musical note of D-sharp, is COGNITION
brought about by Love Divine.
and has to do with enlivening the material plane.
It is the miracle worker of all virtues.
Akasha:
In the principle of consciousness penetrating all,
attunement to the deep orange light of the umlaut O oscillation
evokes the most profound cognition
which can only be brought about by love divine.
By the help of this a person gets to know all the possibilities of
transformation of the spirit,
all the systems and ways serving this end,
and all knowledge concerning transformation in all other fields.
He/she is informed about everything that,
deriving from the act of creation,
had to pass through all the mode of transformation to be reunited.
A person must attain all the faculties that are offered

Mental:
Evoked in the intellect,
the virtue of profound cognition brought about by love divine
gives the understanding of the transformation of ideas, virtues, etc.
by the quabbalistically pronounced word,
which is a very great and comprehensive field.
Astral:
This is the emotional level.
In the feelings, the virtue of profound
cognition brought about by love divine
develops the faculty of perfect astral projection,
and the mastery of all occult and magical phenomena
that have reference to transformation,
so that a person may,
for instance,
assume any desired vibration in the emotional body
without being recognized by other beings
and with only Divine Providence seeing through him/her.

Material:
When mastered in the physical body,

leads to perfect knowledge of quabbalistic alchemy in the material world.

in the physical sense.

and he/she is able to transform it into the oscillation desired by him/her.

any interference by Divine Providence for the sake of justice.

The ability to master emotions is the ability to control magnetism,
which is the ability to attract.

is the earth element so it has the sensation of weight.
