Beloved,
The mysteries of divine wisdom bring grace and mercy to self and others,
for we are all one.
Because whatever is caused affects everyone everywhere,
only the highest good of all is acceptable.
Divine Providence entrusts us to make sure that the mysteries of divine wisdom
are accessible only to virtually mature people,
who use them only for the highest good of all concerned.
Divine wisdom transcends linear thinking or common knowledge,
because divine wisdom is
multidimensional.
If powerful secrets of wisdom,
that give dominion over reality,
ever fall into the hands of any who are dangerous
to omnipresent divine being,
who are not spiritually mature,
we veil these people with disbelief,
doubt,
suspicion,
one-sided views,
and self-conceit,
so that even if all the books
containing all of the wisdom of heaven were at their disposal,
they could not see any of it.
As you read these angel messages,
with deep longing and hope that these messages are true,
remember that these messages echo
what the heart of sacred scriptures have always said.
For those of you who have wisdom
and are mature
and harmless to all,
these messages are simple
and correspond to what you already know.
There comes times in the life of every person
when decisions and choices must be made between cultural traditions
that promote the rationale and logic of the left brain,
or following the path of inner guidance
that sees through the eyes of love
and intuitively promotes
only the highest good of all concerned.
Memories of how reality is supposed to look
are related to what we learn from our childhood authorities
and culture.
These memories finally give way
to deep inner guidance
on paths of spiritual maturity
and service
to the omnipresence and omniscience and omnipotence
of original divine being,
found within in deep meditation.
Remember it was spoken that the kingdom of heaven is found within.
Guidance was given to go within and listen to the still small voice.
All of the other voices of our training are very loud,
and it takes extraordinary focus and dedication to go within,
and find the still small voice of divine understanding.
Since there are no two circumstances, people, or even snowflakes alike,
to respond appropriately in each moment for the highest good of all
requires unique responses
that can only come from omnipresent universal consciousness.
Decisions to follow paths of inner guidance,
in deep meditations
and experiences of omnipresence,
in deep delta brainwave states,
allow paths of divine love and freedom and independence,
which are paradoxically also paths of joyful inner directed service,
to blossom,
for self and others,
for all are ONE.
Emotions are compressed information,
and divine love
contains information
of omnipresence,
omnipotence,
and omniscience.
By seeing through eyes of deep divine love, wisdom comes naturally.
It does so because the subconscious mind,
which remembers the past,
processes trillions of bits of information a second.
The superconscious mind,
which creates the future,
also processes trillions of bits of information a second.
The conscious mind,
which directs the super and subconscious minds,
processes four to forty bits of information a second.
By keeping the conscious mind focused
on divine loving wisdom keys,
lessons of many lifetimes join together
with visions of divine perfection manifesting.
The harvest is plenty, and the harvest is beautiful,
and earth mirrors heaven,
and joy abounds.
"Keep thine eye single, and the body shall be filled with light."
The deep wisdom of Regerio prepares a person for the next sign of Libra,
in which flowing divine love manifests in beautiful Theta brainwave states of deep inner thought.
These deep inner states bring enlightenment and success to relationships,
both to self and to others.
We are guardians of many mysteries of wisdom.
Intuition that is connected with a heart of divine flowing love
is capable of receiving the highest wisdom of all.

To obtain true wisdom, the first requirement is the ability to listen
to, hear, and follow the inner voice of guidance,
which is the divine virtue of becoming the master and guardian of freedom and independence.
In this state there is the feeling of freedom of any pressing burden of the laws,
for by the mastery of all the preceding virtues you have
achieved a state of maturity by which this feeling of independence has been transformed
into an absolute state of security and
unimpeachability.This comes from the realization of the harmony
and perfection of all divine laws and the identification and love of them so
intensely that they have actually become merged with oneself.
In this case you are the personification and representation of the divine laws
and they will serve you, and your sense of freedom will derive from them rather than in spite of them.
This is a very high state of consciousness,
and it is the state that every human being is destined to become aware of.
The truth is written within your heart.
Freedom and independence are necessary
for each child of Divine Being to manifest truth in all situations.
Just as no two snowflakes, fingerprints, or DNA are alike,
so too no two situations or relationships are alike.
What works at one time may not be the best at another,
what is best for one person may not be the best for another.
Follow that still small voice within.
By following this inner guidance,
a person accesses genius for grace and mercy,
justice and harmony,
the highest good of all.

The element is earth with a sensation of weight, to be practiced in the leg region.
The left side of the nose is formed from this virtue.

Through the divine virtue of omnipresence,
Divine Consciousness is accessible ANYWHERE.
Divine Consciousness is everywhere.The ability to
merge individual consciousness with Divine Consciousness
is the essence of intuitive wisdom.
This letter is the sound of universal consciousness,
which represents, as a divine idea and virtue,
its omnipresence in everything
that has ever been created.
Meditating on this virtue unites normal consciousness with universal consciousness, with the cosmic
consciousness, so that you can attain, in the akasha principle, omnipresence yourself.
This is known in oriental wisdom as Nirvi-Kalpa-Samadhi.
You attain the highest form of intuition in your mental world; you are
able to transfer your consciousness so that there exists no sense of time and space.
Divinity in His highest form is then able to speak through you.
The most profound mysteries of materialization and dematerialization
become obvious to you as you master this virtue through meditation.
Everything that is material may be transferred back into its
refined and most subtle form and any idea can be intensified
in such a way that it will become physically visible.
The color of this virtue is deep violet, the musical note is D,
the element is akasha, which has the sensation of
consciousness-penetrating-all, and the spine is formed from it.
It is practiced in the solar plexus.

This is the divine virtue of Grace and Mercy.
True wisdom, by its very essence, seeks grace and mercy for all beings.
In the physical world this virtue represents all phases of riches and wealth,
of happiness and satisfaction.
By this virtue Divine Providence has created abundance and, like the Creator, a child of God may also
bring about, for him or her self or other people, abundance in everything, should that be desired.
On an emotional level this virtue gives the feeling of happiness, of complete satisfaction.
Situations may be created by means of the elements and the will and emotions causing
success and wealth in the world that is for the highest good of all concerned.
In the mind, this virtue gives the experience of peacefulness,
and the faculty of giving true divine blessing.
By being one with this virtue,
a person can see how much flowing feelings of divine grace and mercy
ameliorate painful fates caused by
previous failures to adhere to Divine Laws of Justice and Harmony.
Emotions are compressed information.
Divine emotions of mercy and grace contain deeply embedded wisdom
that awakens people intuitively
to the oneness of all life,
so that lessons are learned in uplifting ways rather than through karmic suffering.
The color of this virtue is emerald green.The musical note is F.
The element is water so it has the sensation of chill turning to iciness. It
is practiced in the abdomen, seen as a hollow space.The left eye is formed from this virtue.
E
The mastery of the virtue of omnipresence gives the highest form of
intuition to a child of God.This virtue reveals experience of unity with Divine Being and all Creation.

The mastery of the virtue of freedom and independence gives an eminent mind
as well as a feeling of freedom of will and action.
I
This is the divine virtue of Cause and Effect, the karma law.
High wisdom understands Cause and Effect through inner guidance.
Mastery of this virtue assures that a person NEVER harms any thing or being, for
the consequences of actions are universal, and therefore harm affects the creator of that harm.
The law of cause and effect is the law of evolution of everything.
This law gives the understanding and mastery of the akasha, or subtle pre-matter principle.
The sensation of akasha is consciousness-penetrating-all.
The understanding of cause and effect
also enables the perfection of memory and conscience
and the mastery of astrophysics and metaphysics.
The letter I with its light opalescent color, is the spiritual essence of the left kidney.
This virtue is of the earth element, so it has the sensation of weight.
The musical note is G.It is practiced in the leg region.

True wisdom is revealed through cognition brought about by love divine.
Akasha: In the principle of consciousness penetrating all, the umlaut
O oscillation evokes the most profound cognition which can only be brought about by love divine.
By the help of this a person gets to know all the possibilities of
transformation of the spirit, all the systems and ways serving this end,
and all knowledge concerning transformation in all other fields.
He/she is informed about everything that, deriving from the act of creation,
had to pass through all the mode of transformation to be reunited.
A person must attain all the faculties that are offered by this
profound cognition made possible by Love Divine,
in the principle of consciousness-penetrating-all, and must make use of all possibilities,
in order to get convinced that they cannot be described by words, by must be experienced, lived through.
I have mentioned the letters umlaut A and umlaut O as the last ones in this series of exercises,
because by the help of their virtues one is
able to comprehend, from the principle of consciousness-penetrating-all,
the crown of all wisdom in the micro- and macrocosms, from the act of
creation to the present state of evolution, and even to the final development.
Mental:Evoked in the intellect, the virtue of profound cognition
brought about by love divine gives the understanding of the
transformation of ideas, virtues, etc.
by the quabbalistically pronounced word, which is a very great and comprehensive field.
Astral emotional level:In the feelings, the virtue of profound
cognition brought about by love divine develops the faculty of perfect astral projection
and the mastery of all occult and magical phenomena
that have reference to transformation, so that a person may,
for instance, assume any desired vibration in the emotional body without
being recognized by other beings and with only Divine Providence seeing through him/her.
Apart from this, a person is able to transform any
emotional oscillation into the oscillation he wants and to do the same with any element.
Material:When mastered in the physical body, the profound cognition brought about by love divine
leads to perfect knowledge of quabbalistic
[the use of will, thought, feeling, and sensation] alchemy in the material world.
A person is taught the true preparation and charging of the
philosophers stone in the physical sense.He/she can influence,
at will, any oscillationatomic, oscillation, electronic oscillation- by
quabbalah, and he/she is able to transform it into the oscillation desired by him/her.
Therefore he/she perfectly masters the laws of transmutation and is
able to transform any metal into gold, any stone into a precious stone, etc. if desired.
By the help of this virtue a person is furnished with
many other faculties of which he/she cannot even dream now
and which non-initiates would regard as absolutely impossible.
Umlaut O is dark orange, has the musical note of D-sharp, is the
element of akashic-earth which has the sensation of weight penetrating everything.
The ovaries and testicles are formed from this virtue of the
profound cognition brought about by Love Divine.
In healing, heal the left ovary first and then the right one.

With wisdom comes great responsibility.The sound of letter O is the
sound of the divine virtue of justice and harmony.
Wisdom intuitively operates according to the Law of One, the highest good of all concerned.
The Law of One
We are all one.
When one is harmed, all are harmed.
When one is helped, all are helped.
Therefore, in the name of who I AM, and I am one with all
there is,
I ask that the highest good of all happen .
I give thanks that this is done.
So be it.
Mentally you are able to give expression to the absolute legality of
harmony in all four basic qualities of the elements.
The four elements are will/fire, intellect/air, emotion/water, and sensation/earth.
You have a high power of judgement and the ability to comprehend
spiritually any legality, any interference by Divine Providence for the sake of justice.
You never condemn anyone unjustly.
This brings about the abilities to create any change in the emotional
situations that you find yourself in and to have absolute success and happiness on all levels.
This virtue also gives mastery over astrophysics and metaphysics.
This virtue has an ultramarine blue color, the musical note of C, and
is the earth element so it has the sensation of weight. It forms the throat and windpipe.
Divine Justice is predicated on the Highest Law of All.
It is The Law of One and this law states that we are all one, and that when one is harmed, all are harmed.
Likewise, when one is helped, all are helped.
We are the last order in the zone girdling the Earth of the portal of Virgo,
the sign of practical Divine Wisdom manifesting in physical reality.
This prepares for the first degree of Libra.
Libra is the portal of the element of air, or mind, of understanding Divine Love.
Air elements are experienced in Theta brainwave states of deep relaxation and ease.
Remember, there are three aspects of Divine Being.
These aspects are:
Divine flowing Love, which is the feminine magnetic water element of emotion, ruled by Pluto.
Divine Omnipotent Willpower, which is the masculine electric fire element of will and intent, ruled by Uranus.
Divine Omniscient Wisdom, which combines Love and Will.
This is the air element, ruled by Neptune.
Of the twelve signs of the Zodiac, four signs each come under these three.
Of these four signs, there is one representing each of the four elements.
The four elements are will-fire, mind-air, emotions-water, and sensations-earth.
