Life must be sweet and nourishing for the body and soul to love life. Trauma deadens the will to live if it is left unhealed. Trauma finds its
roots in the lack of being
loved,
loved for who
one really is as a spiritual
being,
especially as an
infant and child.
By loving those
parts of ourselves which feel
unloved,
we watch the
power of love to heal.
Take time in
meditation, find areas of self
which feel unloved,
love those
areas.
As we feel love,
our heart opens wider,
and we
automatically love others.
Love transmutes
all causes which resulted in
deadening of the heart.
The
underlying difficulty
for most people has been
numbing out.
Because of the rapid pace of life, accelerated rate of change with attendant loss and wounding, and resultant pressure to adapt to sudden reversals, vast numbers of people have had to deaden themselves to painful emotions, or turn to substance use or other coping measures. Numbing
out to pain means
deadening to loving
feelings also.
Insensitivity
to the partner,
"emotional novocaine", resulting in emotional "bull in china closet" syndrome, has made partners feel unsafe and at risk when opening to the deep loving emotions of the inner child. "Ye
must be as little children
to enter the kingdom of
God."
The
longevity of love between
family, friends, lovers,
spouses,
and ALL creatures and sentient beings, This
results in divine wisdom,
which are a combination of love and faith. This allows life energy, kundalini, to move into the heart center, from the lowest chackra of physical reality to the highest chackra of oneness with Divine Being. We inspire methods to heal the heart, to open it. The heart is the first organ to develop in the womb, and has an energy field that is more powerful than the brain by 5000 percent. Because the energy field of the heart is 5000 times stronger than the energy field of the brain, wisdom promotes making logic and intuition of the brain secondary to unconditional all penetrating divine love, that intuitively works in harmony with all creation and conquers all obstacles. When consciousness is heart centered, instead of intellectualized in the brain, or sensationalized in the sexual organs, love overcomes any adversity through true spiritual morality and vitality, high inspiration and grace and mercy. The heart produces plasma, or life energy. It does so when it is open and flowing. It operates intuitively in a way that is the highest good of all concerned.  Because we live in a unified field of energy, what affects even the smallest part affects the whole. The heart automatically, when it is open and flowing, energizes the life force of everything in the most beneficial way for the individual as well as for the collective. "Love conquers all." "Love, Wisdom, Power, the greatest of these is love." The

inspire new skills that
teach couples how to interact

We help these skills to be written in books, taught in workshops, and realized in deep meditation. Techniques are given to heal relationships and finally resolve the pain from long term emotional traumas, that have rendered partners dangerous to one another. Especially
important to heal
are emotional traumatizations during conception, prenatal development and birth, that remain in cellular memory attracting havoc for the rest of life on an unconscious level. These
memories can be accessed
and loved with deep
empathy and allowed to
flow to resolution.
As the old wounded images, thoughts and emotions are healed and replaced with new positive insights, visions, thoughts and emotions, the desire to live returns, immortality can once again manifest in the cells of the physical body.  The
truth is that establishing
a safe and supportive
environment for love to
flourish
requires skills that many people have never seen modeled and did not grow up with. For
example,
in which
you and your partner
look closely at all your
emotions in a safe
context.
Spend an hour letting your mate tell you honestly, without interruption or judgement, what is really going on with them inside their hearts. Then, take your turn, and express your own emotions, with the same safety and respect. Emotions have different laws than thoughts. Emotions often have deep roots in the past, and seem irrational to present time analysis.  If
deep tears, or anger, or
fear comes up,
this is the healing process in its most intense and fruitful phase. Do
not interrupt or try to
"fix it" when your partner
breaks down and allows
strong emotions to flow.
Let these intense emotions flow. Rejoice in their flowing. It is their flowing that is the healing process that "fixes" them. Emotions that create tangible feelings in the body change when they flow. Emotions are the water element, and like water, when they flow freely they stay clean and pure. When emotions flow, high inspiration and healing insights occur in the final stages. That is why
healing must come from
within a person.
When you are sharing with another, respect the sacredness and delicacy of this inward meditation. Resist the urge to interrupt their altered state to give advice, or point out sage analysis of their situation. Advice
from the outside,
no matter how well intentioned, can never replace the profound insights that come from within. Advice from the outside usually interrupts the flowing of emotions and
the natural process of
healing inspiration from
within.
Advice from a well meaning therapist or friend often 'mentalizes' the consciousness of
the person who is
flowing with
emotions,
putting their focus on thoughts about the emotions instead of the emotions themselves. Interruptions cause a shift from predominantly Alpha brainwaves of flowing emotions to Beta brainwaves of
logic and linear
thinking.
This effectively stops the emotional flowing healing process. Flowing with emotions is an altered state, a dreamlike meditative state. Its best not to interrupt it. By 'letting' yourself or another 'flow' with emotions uninterruptedly, you are allowing the natural healing response and processing of the emotional or astral body. Emotions are the water element. Both water and emotions cleanse themselves by flowing. Being bottled up causes stagnation. Insights about emotions arise spontaneously from within as a result of witnessing the emotions themselves as they flow freely. Invoke
grace and mercy
and allow negative
emotions to run their
course
through
honest expression safely,
lovingly, and
non-destructively.
When positive emotions are expressing, they become even more beautiful. It takes personal mastery to stay in a calm place, visioning the final healing outcome and facilitate ones own or a loved ones emotional healing process. This mastery reveals how beautifully the healing process works and how it comes about naturally when allowed to flow in a safe way. Learning
new methods for
overcoming emotional
wounding and reawakening
the pure inner child
requires
a belief that this is
possible.
It also requires a commitment to uncover traumas which seemed safely buried and forgotten. The main
change in consciousness
required is a paradigm
shift from resisting
"negative" emotions
and
reacting against them as
the enemy to be
overcome,
to approaching all emotions with unconditional love, faith and mercy. Like a blazing fire, love illumines and reveals why the higher self chose certain lessons learned from previous hurtful relationships, and changes victimization into wisdom as it purifies the past through grace and mercy.  In
the past,
fear of negative emotions has seemed so overpowering like fear of the unknown that emotions have seemed unconfrontable. Every attempt has been made to dampen down uncomfortable emotions and "make them go away". People were afraid of what they might do if they allowed themselves to feel their deepest pain. Even
people on the spiritual
path used meditational
techniques to bypass or
disassociate
from their wounded
emotional nature.
This has resulted in people with multiple selves, some parts of the self being very high and beautiful and others perhaps scared, insecure, or angry. When a part of the emotional nature is denied to the point of being out of awareness, it cannot be healed. All unconscious wounded emotions attract wounded realities, over and over. Therefore, when negative emotions are triggered, made conscious, a goldmine of healing awaits. Negative emotions should be mercifully loved as one would love a small upset child, and encouraged to flow in grace until they are healed. Efficient
methods to transmute pain,
re-establish childlike openness and vulnerability, and to resolve relationship issues, are the key to balancing male and female energies on earth. Emotions
are the flowing magnetic
feminine energies.
These energies are magnetic and attract new realities into physical manifestation. Therefore they must be healed, not suppressed, for the earth to see the light of perfection. Emotions
must not be buried;
they must not be judged. They must be healed safely instead of acting out destructively to self, others, or property. They must be allowed out into the light of day with love without shame or condemnation. People who love emotions and learn how they heal, no longer fear the Divine Feminine. At this point, the sacred alchemical marriage between fire and water, will and emotion, electricity and magnetism, Masculine and Feminine, results in heaven on earth. For
many years, it has become
increasingly clear to
quantum physicists all
over the world
that
emotions are the causative
force behind
manifestation.
It is through using divine love in response to
everything in
creation,
as the transmutating power to manifest indwelling omnipresent divine perfection, that reality 'changes'. Just
as you comfort an
upset child with
love and empathy,
so can you heal and comfort your own inner child self, or the inner child self of another, by NOT reacting in fear and destruction, but with love and empathy. As a person learns to
